These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Vamos Tuk Tuk Alicante. By booking a tour, you agree to the following conditions.

General Information

We provide private Tuk Tuk tours and transport services in Alicante, Spain. All services are subject to availability.

Each Tuk Tuk has a maximum capacity of 4 passengers.

Bookings

We only collect the information necessary to provide and manage your booking.

  • All bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp, email, or approved platforms.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
  • Customers must provide accurate information (name, contact details, number of passengers).

Prices

  • Prices are shown in Euros (€).
  • Prices are per vehicle, not per person.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must :

  • Arrive on time at the agreed pick-up point
  • Respect safety instructions from the driver
  • Behave respectfully during the tour
  • Inform us in advance of any special requirements (children, baby seats, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior.

Pick-up & Drop-off

We offer flexible pick-up and drop-off in Alicante, including :

  • Hotels
  • City center
  • Beaches
  • Other agreed locations

Modifications

We may modify itineraries due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Road closures
  • Public events
  • Safety reasons

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or city restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • More than 48 hours before the tour : Full refund available
  • Less than 48 hours before : No refund (except exceptional cases)
  • No-show : No refund

Booking Modifications

Customers may modify their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time, subject to availability of alternative time slots.

Modification requests made less than 24 hours before departure cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to operational availability.

Company Cancellation

If we cancel due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Technical issues
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational reasons

Customers will receive:

  • Full refund

or

  • Free rescheduling option

Late Arrival

IIf the customer is late, the tour duration may be reduced In case of significant delay, the booking may be considered a no-show

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for booking. Processing time may vary depending on the bank.

Special Cases

We always try to be flexible in case of:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel disruptions
  • Exceptional situations
